I’ve been coined Bismarck/Mandan’s ‘sugar queen’, a title I wear proudly. I’ve been in the beauty industry for as long as I can remember & love it as much now as I did way back when. When Top ta Bottom opened, I wanted to ensure my clients received the best of the best, which is why I prefer sugar over hard waxes. Sugar is gentler on skin, more natural and leaves skin feeling smoother- longer.
